Good observations. Also, the $5 price is a bit steep but I believe each franchisee can set their own price and I've heard of ranges from $3.50 to 4.50 depending on serving size. This would be much more attractive and with little overhead should be very profitable. Hopefully a good balance between price and volume is reached and greed doesn't deflate volume.
