Just because the terms of dilution are better doesn’t mean share holders will suffer any less. No stock can survive never ending downward pressure from dilution at any discount, 15% or 50%... To announce $5,000,000 of it is insane, how could the stock ever go up with that amount of shares being sold? I know you’re trying to protect your investment and I wish you the best, but come on man.... This is screwing shareholders plain and simple, and that PR was a joke.
