Sounds fab, I'm still noshing on pulled pork sammies on fresh seeded sourdough buns, cole slaw, chips, Michigan cottage cheese. I stole a tupperware tub full of the bbq from my old gun club's(no longer a paying member) Memorial Day Shriner's shoot, a member has a towable rig and spent all weekend bbqing shoulders, ribs, chickens and sausages, yummo buddy.
