Merger news of papers signed came out I believe Oct. 16th.
has not even been two weeks yet. Figure if it's mailed papers add that to the time it takes for the state to review the merger information. I figured two weeks but could be more. Never know if there may be some questions or information they may have to add as there are 3 companies involved in this merger.
So merger news I'd say anytime. The last several PR's from company didn't appear to help the stock price so it may be more benificial to hold any pr until the real deal is finalized and received in their hands. Desmond is limited to what he can say at this time anyway.

DALLAS, Oct 16, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- eCarfly, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ECFL) today announced the "Plan of Merger" between eCarfly, Inc., CompleteAuto, Inc., and eAutoDrop, Inc. has been signed. Now that "Plan of Merger" has been signed, Articles of the Merger have to be filled with the Florida Secretary of State as well as the Minnesota Secretary of State. After receiving the returned file stamped copies from the states of Minnesota and Florida, and proper notification to the shareholders has been issued, the merger will be consummated.
