it's just my opinion. I think this was never about PPS to the company. That after all is our problem. This was about positioning the share structure for a possible buy out/take over/ merger. These guys new what effect this would have short term on the PPS. As nearly everyone here has said, it seems so unnecessary. And Everyone knows that the company is doing great. More work than they can do and more coming. Financing shouldn't have been hard to get. so to me it's something big in the offing or you could accuse me of wishful thinking, I guess.
