Pear, Rory's original plan was to build as much value in the long run for the investors as possible. This is different from building value as quickly as possible since in the long run it may not hold value doing it that way. Rory did mention that uplisting to the NYSE or NASDAQ would do just that. The S-1 is just proof that Rory is true to his word. Why would you see it any other way?
