The 2 million shares... will be a private placement offer... the shares we own... are valued by the market... now one would like to think... that if some investors... are buying shares... at $2 a share... that it would eventually equate to the market... bringing all shares to $2... but that is not always the case... however... with QEGY... if they receive permission... to sell their shares... at $2 a share... I believe the market will eventually follow suit...
