Seems like it doesn’t cost millions and they should seek restitution for the loss in shareholders equity.

“Even though ACAD did defend themselves publicly, it didn't help much and/or they didn't do a good job of defending themselves. ACAD is busy trying to run a pharmaceutical, get approvals and create awareness and doesn't want to spend millions defending itself.”
