CNN fake news was the main issue, which cut share prices in half. Unfortunately, when toothpaste is out of the tube, it's impossible to put back in.

Even though ACAD did defend themselves publicly, it didn't help much and/or they didn't do a good job of defending themselves. ACAD is busy trying to run a pharmaceutical, get approvals and create awareness and doesn't want to spend millions defending itself.

Keep in mind, that most people read a headline and believe it and don't do any follow up research, because they're too busy with bread and circus.

Keep in mind, a lie told often enough becomes true in the minds of average dolts.
