bio amber A B C..where does the money go if they buy the company they need a holding company for the money.. B New owner takes over the debt pays every one through bio AMber extra cash into Holding COmpany WHere Are the Commons not with the Holding company..NOW WE WOULD STAND IN TEH SAME BIO AMBER 129 million shares how much money would the holding company get or do we go with it or do we get a part of it like a dividend and keep our shares
