Nothing is final until it is approved by the judge which Im assuming was Today


They "could" have been buyng up shares for the past 2 months assuming that they considered THEIR BID to be the winner

If they were smart...and Im sure they were....they put together an offer in the best interest of the JUDGE....of course lucrative for them as well
