I've been thinking he's there in name only. Name only works for all parties, since he's only "accruing" salary anyway, and an early departure wouldn't look any better on his resume than it would for the company.

Though I suppose it could put a kink in all his funding "contacts" and slow down acquisition plans. ~ Insert rolling eye emoji here ~

Or he is there working hard, but as you say, "Bennett signing off on the last disclosure is odd as hell."


BTW, did you notice that OTCM removed the "shell risk" tag. WTF? They dissolve their only known asset (such as it is) and now that they well and truly (probably) have nothing, they are no longer a shell risk?!?
