But seriously, even at this level there are things that have to be done properly. Noting a material event like the departure of a company officer is one. I would think Bennett would know better than to withhold news of Milligan's departure. But having only Teresa and Bennett signing off on the last disclosure is odd as hell. And since they added a Subsequent Event section to it, that would have been the place to note his departure.
On the other hand, maybe he's there in name only. And accepting payment until a convenient time to disclose he's been replaced.
