Thought I would do a little digging.

So no one can deny that we have an 8-K and PR about owning 51% of PJ's right? Isn't 51% controlling interest or something also?

Watch this video from PJ's at this farm in MI right after they got it back. Crosby talking and thanking everyone. Mentions we'll see them at Mint Jam 2010. Then they walk onto to property after getting it back. Seem like really good people to me and a lot of heart in the video. This alone doesn't make me think they would not be out here scamming people with shell tickers?? They seem passionate about what they do and this was almost 8 years ago. They are still here and doing business.

Another interesting thing there are huge fields everywhere here. Also a "Mint City Storage". Literally this place is branding the fact there is mint grown around here.

I discovered another website and wouldn't you know it. It links with Crosby and peppermint Jim's.

The websites were updated in recently so the company and farm clearly have been pushing forward with plans since the 2010 YouTube video. They removed the STL location for me after I called after all.

If you look here you can see the shapes of the barns and the house. Then watch the video. There is a farm and there are fields there and we own 51% of this now. How is this fake or anyone contesting it? Just because other tickers failed to acquire it or had failed JV's with them? How is this BC with a just boxes of mint products to fool investors? Compare this image to my next two.
