I’m thinking the same !!
BTW.... I feel that Bayer may be in the bag as well.
Two days ago I contacted Biel’s office acquiring some information and cost on the Smart Insole for my sister-in-law. She’s been suffering with pain to her feet & legs for many years due to Diabetes.
They told me that they were very limited on supply and they will not be restocking.
I asked..... Will it be available again anymore?
They said “YES” but it’s in product development.
I said to myself why would the current Smart Insole that works well and has both a FDA,UK and other Countries approvals be discontinued?????
My guess is one answer ......... BAYER !!!!!

I also asked about the cost of the Allay. They said it’s not available in the US as of yet...... But we all know it will soon will be !!

I also did my own dd research on how they are claims how the patch also shows signs of lowering blood pressure.
Here are some results I got over a period of 3 days taking my blood pressure at a Rite Aid.....
First taking my blood pressure without the Actipatch and then taping on the Actipatch and then approximately 4 hours later taking another test.

Day 1......
144/92 Heart Rate 92 W/O Patch
135/88 Heart Rate 100 After 4Hrs W Patch

Day 2.....
143/85 Heart Rate 85 W/O Patch
133/89 Heart Rate 98 After 4 Hrs W Patch

Day 3.....
140/89 Heart Rate 83 W/O Patch
131/93 Heart Rate 100 After 4 Hrs W Patch

Need I say anymore !!!!!
