I guess that was because there is about one year time gap between the 4th quarter last year and this year. He has to do something to keep shareholders.

As long as SFOR wins the appeal and the law suits. I am ok with what he did. Deals and revenue are just extra bonus, if the company did get. I don't care whether they have or not.
