Lawsuits don’t mean anything if shareholders will never see money from it. You realize that right? Sure there will be a run from any sort of settlement news but not to where all you people hope and pray for. Why? Because they money will turn into bonuses, salaries, investment’s in executive owned companies, etc... Just as the last settlement did.

I’m guessing they may not even get a dime to take home from their next settlement if they ever get one. That’s how much debt they’ve clawed up to keep their paychecks coming. Shareholders will get nothing here. It’s safer to buy on the day of any news and sell as the run dies off. Otherwise you’re just waiting to hear a potential “appeal lost” or the next card up one of these company’s sleeves. None of these cases have gone through discovery. That should terrify a shareholder if they knew what that meant. Especially with multiple patents in the field. They get the wrong guy, the other company can bury them.
