Me too. Went through all the accounts and voted FOR Ferris and Burland and voted WITHOLD for Richardson, Brown, Saltz - the three worst independent directors of all time in my opinion.

Just to be clear...In my opinion Jim Richardson and Jeffrey Brown and Mitchell Saltz are terrible independent directors on VirTra's Board of Directors. I believe this because each one owns very few VTSI shares even though at least two of these gentleman have substantial wealth. They have also failed to represent my interests by holding the CEO accountable with public measurable annual performance goals. I also think each is terrible because each has failed to reply to my formal written communication to the BOD.

Perhaps they will each step down when they start to see press releases and SEC filings detailing their failures to act in the interests of shareholders.

All that said, I love the stock, love the company, CEO Ferris delivered a spectacular Q2 and will deliver a strong 2018. Mostly all is well, trading volume rising, share price rising, new shareholders will enjoy the multi-year climb. All aboard!
