I know what you're saying but there may not be much to get from Bates as well. They can't take his home. And it costs a lot to go after someone like that.

I'm just saying: one has to look at the other side....
What does LG have to lose....? What is the cost that they face for not settling. Reputation, future business etc...?

Do they face never having customers again? Who would deal with them?

If I were them, they face a greater chance of getting some money back if Windstream becomes a viable company. So they may be better off waiting for that.

LG will have a hard time getting customers if you google them and see that they have done nothing but tried to cause financial ruin etc.

Reminds me of Countrywide Financial... no one will ever deal with that ceo ever again. He's a crook through and through.
