AMFE management keep tweeting about upcoming GRO3 news releases that do not eventuate in the time frame suggested. I hope these things do eventuate, but management need to realize the frustration they are causing.

"Feb 27 - Here is a sneak peak at the layout of the new cultivation facility that GRO3 and RotoGro will be outfitting. Further details regarding the project are coming soon. Very exciting times for the subsidiary!"

***They said "coming soon" but it is now over 6 months since that was posted and we've seen no further details.

"May 4 - Ambrose returning from Columbia on a very large and promising GRO3 JV initiative involving local government that could really get the sub fired up. Details will be announced shortly as they develop and progress."

***The word used was "shortly". Almost 4 months have passed and still nothing.

"May 4 - GRO3 Canadian deals progressing well. Project partner continues to forge ahead on business plan and make final push from Stage 6 license status. AMFE considering making private investment in facility as stake in project for company and shareholders. Details to be announced."

***I acknowledge that they didn't state a time frame here, but still it's almost 4 months with no updates given.

"Jun 27 - Big GRO3 meeting later this week. Ambrose and team have been working away behind the scenes and while we know it's been a bit quiet on that subs front for some time, we will be providing some updates within the next few weeks that we feel shareholders will enjoy. Stay tuned!"

***The words used were "we will be providing some updates within the next few weeks". It is now 9 weeks since that tweet and we are still waiting. The phrase "we will" is definitive and the generally accepted definition of "few" would be a lot less than 9.

"July 16 - Lastly, I know some will notice that I have left GRO3 out of most of this and that’s only because it’s a whole story on its own. And yes, we do have some updates coming on that JV soon. It has been a long time coming, I know, however the projects that are currently being worked on by Ambrose and his team are all high-end, large-scale projects that took time to be fully outlined and put together. Not far off until you hear about the first one though."

***Over 6 weeks since that post, in itself not quite a big concern yet, but given the track record with those previous tweets you get the feeling of déjà vu.

"Jul 31 - Here are a couple more photos of the GRO3 Unit. Hoping to have a GRO3 press release ready to hit the wires in the coming weeks. Some big things happening behind the scenes at the moment and details will be released once appropriate to do so! Thanks for your patience."

***That was over 4 weeks ago, understand "hoping" and "coming weeks" is more open ended than the previous expectations given and "details will be released once appropriate to do so" is of course reasonable. But since this tweet doesn't specify which of the previous tweets it relates to (Roto-Gro JV ? Colombia ?) even when the next release comes out I get the feeling that at least one of those tweets from February and May could be still left hanging in the air, unless the update is a comprehensive one.

I understand it's hard to estimate timing of these things, I really hope they deliver, but if they are going to tweet hints then they need to be more realistic about the time estimations or maybe even don't put time estimates at all.
