The 3 excluded patients were the ones who were considered statistical outliers in the peer reviewed paper. Making a post hock definition of "poorly differentiated" thus dropping three poor performers was not a mistake. I agree there.

The one "non evaluable" was humorous. They were first dead, then lost, now non-evaluable due to a manufacturing error.
