Basically the academic model in this paper says that thinly traded stocks are under constant selling pressure for non-stock personal liquidity reasons. Buying only occurs when there is a reason to buy (ie news)

Makes sense and I agree w/one qualifier. I do expect RWE/RWD to effectively begin to leak information about trial status and results. Additionally, the fact that no patient has ever walked away from an AD diagnosis and that most CNS diseases are described as "Untreatable" is actually a strength. Once we get a peek under the hood, all bets are off. Conventional systems/thinking will be caught by surprise when that starts to happen, IMO.
