That’s not how it works and you would be hard pressed to find any example of that ever happening. The stock registration and ticker are what allow the equity of NFusz to trade in the public markets. They can change the name of the company, they can change the symbol, they can even change the stock itself by a split, the registration itself does not change. It is the constant.

And moving to Nasdaq does not require any of that to change and does not require a change in the registration.. And a “new SEC registration” cannot be created out of an old one.

I can see it is going to require letting this play out to demonstrate reality. Right now various alternative realities are being suggested that have no basis in the SEC regulations and rules, in FINRA’s rules nor in Nasdaq’s rules.

...but in pennyland...these alternative realities can be appealing for some imagined benefit.
