I sucked out a ton of money from Lexaria since the start of the year and shifted it mostly to Alliance One International (soon to be Pyxus). In the short term, wasn't so wise, but I'm playing a long game. As I continue to accumulate daily over there, I pray that my dream Lexaria connection comes through:

According that release, the CEO was with North Carolina Industrial Hemp Association (NCIHA) in 2017 (not sure of current status) http://www.ncindhemp.org/

Global tobacco wholesaler and farmer network, AOI is headquartered in North Carolina and getting heavy into hemp and e-liquids. http://www.aointl.com/contact

NC is the hemp hub of North America in my mind.

Hemp is easy to grow but hard on machinery to harvest. Tobacco machinery can handle it though, so the worldwide tobacco farmers can convert quicker and less expensively if needed.

Alliance was down and out a few years back, but has been turning the ship around for those years and seems stable now. They recently hired this guy... https://www.linkedin.com/in/bryan-mazur in advance of their corporate name change, new direction, and new global game plan that has been in works for some time. Still to be released. The resume is awesome and the guy took Snapple from nothing to mega-merger with Keurig.

That's the parlay of my dreams above. Bunka might have other plans. That's cool. I'm happy either way.

The lottery ticket add-on is that Alliance owns licensed producer Canada's Island Garden out of PEI. And they sell their product through Canopy's Tweed Main Street. So Canopy knows about Alliance, deals with Alliance and can afford Alliance.

Please don't consider the above a pump. I love cheap accumulation phases. It helped me collect LXX/LXRP way back when... when no one but a few here 'got it'. :)
