august is the worst imo and the day before a major holiday is usually bad for the long re buy sell ratio -all things being equal a friday 38 minutes before closing before the 3 day labor day weekend would be the lowest and some are working towards such

fund managers and others stop playing hookey after labor day,which thus benefits retail longs
