When a private company goes public more often then not I believe their revenue isn’t even known to the underwriters since it’s not public knowledge. They do however look at the equity in the assets and also competitor multiples among other things.

I am really interested to see what the underwriter would value our assets (our technology) at. We already know about the multiples. Could potentially be really really good.

Again an IPO compared to a Public offering I’m not really sure the ins and outs. I guess we will all find out soon.
