If it was me, I'd focus on fund raising well in advance (now) of when boocoo cash is going to be required (spring), and if the RM is integral to fund raising efforts, then I'd want to get that done soon; say shortly after summer holidays and perhaps in time for Fred's appearance at the Asia Pacific LNG conference in October.
