Some of the interactivity fusz offers is clunky anyway. Where I see this has value is the CRM engine behind it capturing data about how long customers were engaged, and other behaviors which can be translated into better marketing strategies. Now I am ignorant to the fact of what the product actually tracks behind the scenes but you can’t slap CRM on a product without it having a backend database tracking these data points.
