Obviously, falls are not to be taken lightly. In my visits to living assisted and memory care facilities, it seems no one survives more than a year if the fall causes a broken hip.

I wonder how many headaches might cause a fall?

How many do you think "most" means in "... most patients continuing treatment ..."?
