2) Entity name changed back to Gold River Productions, Inc. from XYZHemp.
3) 30370 Coyote Run Ct address gone
4) Johnson Roger name gone
5) Plan of conversion remains the same

Essentially an amendment/refile to redomicile GRPS from Delaware to Colorado. This plus the OTC filings to become current, the un-gag of the transfer agent all are positive steps towards successful incorporation of the new business. IMO from what I can see.

I remain positive in the future of our success with GRPS.
