Help us shareholders out. What is Jay lying about. Every time he posts something you follow up accusing him of false statements. If you have some information different than Jay why don't you provide it? My stock purchase has been inactive since December of 2015 if I remember correctly. To date it looks as if Jays comments are truthful and it mirrors what Vince and Gil told me that worked there.

I would sincerely like for you to provide the shareholders with an update. I don't need the 2035 answer you seem to give a lot. I just want someone to be honest so we can either wait for something good to happen soon or should we just move on to the next investment because this ones not going to happen. The last time I spoke with surge was about a year ago and he told me the 2015, 2016, and 2017 audits needed to be completed and when I asked him why they weren't done he said they didn't have the money to complete them. Is that true or is it part of the plan as Jay and other have said to never activate the stock and only take the shareholder money and run? What is the truth? I would love for you to answer honestly. Shareholders deserve an answer whether you believe it or not. My position is if it wasn't for the shareholders pouring in the money at one time where would this company be?
