I remember many years back when I first got on here I reviewed the financials that I believe were done by DF back then and it stated that they were giving Clear Memories 5 figures a month for rent. (I think it was $16,000 but I'm not sure the exact number now), I made a big thing about it and then the next thing you know NTEK supposedly buys CM for an undisclosed amount. All the longs were rejoicing and spinning what a great thing it was even though it had nothing to do with what NTEK supposedly was involved in as a business. It was supposedly given back to JF years later, then again whether he paid for it or got it for $1 was also never disclosed. NTEK has been from inception a Foley money making scam nothing more in my opinion.
