MFST - O/S shares thought to be about 1,500,000.
1,500,000 + Sec 144 shs of 900,000 = 2,400,000 shs.
900,000/2,400,000 = 37.5% interest in the company.
Really?
Is the 1,500,000 shs issued now much more due to paying obligations/expenses with shares post-split?
Does the 900,000 not factor in because they are restricted?
Does anyone know these answers?
