If you are correct, those filings should be released within the next month. The question that begs to be answered is what was the point in leaving TMPS shareholders in the dark? TMPS literally abandoned this stock. And, that is the kind of thing that can happen when you're giving yourself free shares. Thus, in a sense, not invested in the stock performance in the market.
