We have different opinions for why TMPS is delinquent in their filings...to each His own. No need to use the tone you did.
Greensill has no reason to name TMPS in the suit, ur right. The only way they would have included them is if Greensill knew something was amiss on the TMPS books...the only way they would know that something was amiss on the TMPS books was if there was a TMPS current annual report...but there isn’t one...convenient.
Watch how fast the annual report is filed after the case is settled in the Greensill suit; and it won’t be because TMPS all of a sudden decided to prioritize their financial reporting and at the same time magically found some working capital (with The Johan’s blessing) thus enabling them to file as soon as the suit is settled.
I call BS on that one BJ
