I went by Indoor Harvest Office at 5300 East Fwy A, Houston, TX 77020 to check out the operations in late July 2018. Indoor Harvest isn't there. I talked to Ashley L from Friar Tuck Feed. She subleases the space from Indoor Harvest. She said they don't operate out of that space anymore. At least 6 months.

I know they are still operating at least on paper. INQD entered into an Engagement Letter (the “EL”) with Ideal Business Partners "IBP" on August 22.

So after that bombshell visit I started digging on the board members backgrounds.

I found out that Rick Gutshall is from the San Antonio area works in finance and has been arrested for DWI (public record). Chads background is varied. He is a member of the plumbers union, ex military and dropped out of high school.
Dan W seems to be the head a variety of businesses around Boston. John Z appears to operate out of the Dallas area.
