I think only Cognate might now be allowed to make the therapeutic here in the U.S., and it might need commercial manufacturing approval for that. There are at least four possible reasons Mrs. Bayh might not have chosen DCVax-l.

1. If tumor was discarded.
2. If rapid progression during chemoradiation.
3. If proneural tumor (about 13% of all GBM).
4. If manufacturing restricted in U.S. until commercial availability.
