Right, so if locked by Monday morning (today), wouldn't that leave a possibility of results being ready by this Friday (still August)?

He clearly said it will be released in September.

So if it could be locked today and if (big IF) it takes 5 days or less to process and prepare the release, how could he be certain that topline release will be in September and not August (31)?
