There was some discussion at the SHM of dynamic vs static linking. The MS system allows you to create a QR which technically has the url embedded in the code. It will take you to the website embedded in the code. I am a little hazy on whether NEOM IP covers this. I know that it was discussed that dynamic linking is superior to static linking, but I'm not sure that MS implementation traverses our IP. Does NEOM IP cover static info built in the code?
