Here is an observation first. FYI, your name seeems appropriate unless my mind is in the gutter, or maybe you like get a rise off of talking about dogs on investor forums...However to stay on point.
I have been an investor in this company for awhile over 14 months and follow closely what they distribute. I am on the email chain to its shareholders of record as well. Are you? If not put the last $100 in your pocket and you can get on the email list too. Wait do you even own any stock?
Fact check.
1. There hasn’t been any mass dilution of stock. You keep saying there has been but in reality there hasn’t been. Investigate and if I'm wrong, state it for the people. They have isssued shares in their ESOP plan, to key executives, a small amount in their acquisitions and yes as a part of some convertible notes. But, what I can see in their filings is that they have paid off those notes with cash flow. Cash money baby! They have issued new ones but I am lead to believe that they are using it for business purposes tied to their subsidiary Venture West Energy. Go investigate this yourself.
2. As far as management goes. I actually think they are doing a good job. The business model of DSF (you should read up on it, but since you know Alpine so well you should already know it) actually is starting to produce good fruit. From their investor deck that was on RedChip (I've shared many times), I have learned that their businesses are either in one of two phases 1. Optimization Phase where the ceo and his team are “optimizing” the business to produce reliable profits. That can take awhile. or 2. they are asset producing like where their subsidiary Quality Circuit Assebmly is...it appears the other two are almost there.
That said, I do take issue when, "know it all” traders like yourself come in and make absurd statements without actually even knowing what the company does. This company will be a real winner in the coming years and everyone that had the vision to see what it will be will be rewarded immensely.
