I hope you are joking - let's take a look at all of the LIBE pumping 8-Ks.

OTCM companies use 8-Ks for pumping - many noobie investors believe that a 8-K is gospel and that isn't close to being accurate.

Why did Peppermint Jim agree to be used with the other OTCM scams for pumping - because Ole Jim profited from it.

This isn't anymore truthful than the Playboy Club pump or the Bravatek/Cellucci scam.
