Unfortunately For Bozo Berman, the rule he wanted to use to merge with TAUG, or what I would call the end around his financial mismanagement, would not work if Bozo Berman were to retain his executive position.

That rule wasn’t meant for losers to cover up their inability to file. New management would be needed.
