I'm gonna explain it in little words. You quoted it correctly:

The question was:
"What does TAUG have to offer to DECN?"

I answered:
"Nothing besides a reporting ticker and an auditor”


Most would understand that to mean that all TAUG has to offer DECN is a reporting ticker and an auditor.

You said "I wouldn’t call that “nothing” Loan" which was a non sequitur because I DIDN'T SAY THAT THOSE THINGS WERE NOTHING. To the contrary.
