At 10:00 today, when the SOXL:SPXS chart had clearly crossed over heading up, the SOXL:SOXS chart had not. The SOXL:SOXS chart had bottomed, and turned up, and might cross later today, but its movement was noticeably behind the SOXL:SPXS chart.
