What’s there not to understand…

Coretec no longer has access to NDSU’s CHS patents!

Coretec will fund a team of scientists, led by Dr. Phil Boudjouk under a Sponsored Research Agreement (SRA) at North Dakota State University (NDSU), entered into in 2015, to support further development and commercialization of the technology within the growing markets of energy storage, solar power, microelectronics, and printable electronics. The exclusive licensing agreement, with the NDSU Research Foundation, provides access to 11 existing and 3 pending patents representing the global intellectual property around this silicon-based technology for these markets. (6/30/2016 8-K)

… the Company and NDSU/RF fully and forever released each other from the License Agreement and mutually released each other of all claims. (8/14/2018 10-Q)

And why the continued writings about possible Coretec production of a CHS derivative since the 10-Q? Again, Coretec no longer has legal rights to CHS patents owned by NDSU!

Get it?!

Coretec’s only glimmer of hope is CSpace… and you know why? They own it! (And they need to sell it to a company that knows what it’s doing!)
