Very true. Those previous executives may have run the company very poorly and may even have committed fraud as some on this board suggest. However, that doesn’t mean the current CEO had anything to do with these previous failures. He is left with the mess and may not be able to overcome these past mistakes. I do not hold any of the past failures of management against Mr Mitchell. He fell for the same scam as the rest of the investors as he purchased shares and purchase franchise rights to Grill-it. He has all the incentive in the world to right the ship and get GRLT back up and running.

Manipulation takes place with almost every penny stock - that’s why they trade otc and with bloated share structures and in the sub-penny price range. Management teams are either corrupt or inept most fo the time. At the same time, these companies do not have the revenue to support themselves and must finance losses with toxic debt and share issuances. GRLT fell into this category but I believe with the right management team we could regain some value with a relaunch of the original Grill-it concept that was moderately successful for a period of time.

I am holding all of my shares and will continue to believe in Mr Mitchell’s ability and desire to turn things around and create value for GRLT shareholders. At this point you are buying into Mr. Mitchell’s business skills since there is nothing left within the company itself worth any value as it stands right now. The rights to the Grill-it concept and ticker do hold some value to the right buyer.
