I don't know what, if anything, is going on (as usual)... but I will say that as long as I have watched the pps(>3 years), it almost always is down at midday... but today it is up at midday. Hmmmmm....I wonder.

The next couple of days will say alot... down tomorrow = nothing going on... up like this the next 2 or 3 days = something definitely going on...
