Alright then...so....if I interpret the below correct. Judge Cameron Elliot will NOT be taking care of our preceding, it will be reassigned by Chief Administrative Law Judge by Sept 21st.
AND the Sept 7th agreement for alternative Procedures does NOT apply here.

“In each such proceeding, absent express agreement by the parties regarding alternative procedures, the Chief Administrative Law Judge shall by rotation to the extent practicable designate an ALJ who did not previously participate in the matter to be the presiding hearing officer.4 Any agreement by the parties regarding alternative procedures shall be submitted to the Chief Administrative Law Judge by September 7, 2018. In all cases, assignments shall be made no later than September 21, 2018.”
