Yep. The financials show the last conversion being March 1st.
All that means though is that they didn't convert between march 2nd and march 30th as that is when the last financial report ended.
Therefore, no one really has any idea if they have or not in the last 4+ months. Considering they added 2 billion shares Dec-Feb and they still have 1.7 billion to work with, I would say there is a strong chance the next Q report will show more.
It may not but it is very misleading to SCREAM that it has not been happening when there is no evidence to support that claim and I do believe many were SCREAMING the same thing from DEC on until the financials came out and proved them incorrect...
