Either he keeps everyone in the dark, or he explains himself. We can't have it both ways. I can see why he decided to do it because it has been a while since the last engagement letter so some investors where getting a a bit antsy that the audit has not been filed yet.

I understand that he will be criticized regardless, so it doesn't hurt for us to know that they are putting more effort into getting it finalized. But this is what I care about:

Orders are increasing, profitability is increasing, exposure and the brand is ever increasing, location numbers are up, revenue is up, coast to coast locations are now in the works….
